Kinscar

Kinscar's mission is to bring trust and transparency to the way Cameroonians buy and sell cars. Every listing on our platform is Carte Grise verified, and every transaction is protected by a digital Bill of Sale.

This website (Website) is operated by Kinscar (we, our, or us). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may change these Terms at any time, and changes will be posted on the Website. By continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by the changes.

Acceptance of terms

By using this Website, you unreservedly accept these Terms and the Kinscar Privacy Policy. You agree that these Terms and our Privacy Policy will apply whenever you visit the Website.

Materials and information on this Website (Content) are subject to change without notice. We do not undertake to keep the Website up-to-date, and we are not liable if any Content is inaccurate or out-of-date.

Registration and user requirements

You must be a registered member to access some features of the Website or our services. When you register, you will provide us with personal information including your name, a valid phone number, and a valid email address, which will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

B. Listings & Verified Documents

All vehicle listings on Kinscar must include a valid Carte Grise (vehicle registration document). Listings without verified documentation will not be published.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing content, including vehicle condition, mileage, and pricing. Kinscar reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or our content standards.

1. Terms of Sale

All transactions facilitated through Kinscar are governed by the digital Bill of Sale generated at the time of purchase. The Bill of Sale constitutes a binding agreement between the buyer and seller.

Kinscar acts as a facilitator and is not a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from the condition of a vehicle after sale.

2. Payments

Payments are processed through Kinscar's secure payment links. The purchase price is payable in full before transfer of ownership is confirmed. Any applicable fees or charges are the responsibility of the respective party as specified at the time of transaction.

Kinscar does not store full payment card details. All payment information is handled by our certified payment processor in compliance with applicable security standards.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Website to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Website or our services.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Website without our written consent.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinscar excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of your use of the Website or our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any condition, warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot by law be excluded or limited.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon.
